Welcome to the 20th Edition of Disabilit-e News. Well we have reached March and have also hit over 350 direct readers. This number is likely to be more as some people read this through our main newsletter while others receive it as a forward on from our readers.

There has also been a lot of concerns from parents about the future of Aiming High and it's fantastic activities. Well I can tell you that Aiming High still don't know the full extent of their funding but have confirmed that staff will continue and that some of the current providers have been invited to extend their provision contracts. This is looking very positive for Aiming High so keep those fingers crossed keep reading this newsletter to find out about the exciting events as they are announced.

 

I must also say a big thank you to all of the individuals who have been working hard to develop sport and activity within the county. Some of these people will continue to proivde services however unfortunately some are being restructured. If you are one of these people please take this as a BIG THANK YOU from Staffordshire for your hard work and effort.
