Family Fun at the 'Reach For It' Family Fun Day, Burntwood Leisure Centre

On Sunday 20th March we held our 3rd 'Reach For It' Family Fun Day. These days had been requested by families and ALL of the feedback we have received from previous attendees had been extremley positive. This fun day again had excellent feedback from both children and parents, which is why it was unfortunate that more families didn't access the day. The day for those that attended was very good and all had fun. Families had a chance to take part in swimming, football, basketball, yoga, new age kurling, boccia, polybat, cricket, soft play, crafts and Museum on the Move. The main positive from the day was that there were several new families accessing the day and we even picked one up on the day who was just visiting the centre.

We will now be looking to run more days but we need to address the low attendance. We will be asking families if days like this are what they want or do we need to change the format and structure of the days.
