Both Great Britain Wheelchair Basketball Teams Bow out at Quarter Finals
GB's men led France 23-19 at half-time but the French seized control thereafter to run out 59-50 winners.

Archers achieve strong opening day at European Grand Prix
John Stubbs, Kay Lucas, and Danielle Brown all finished top of their respective standings after the qualification day at the Paralympic European Grand Prix event at Stoke Mandeville.
John headed the standings in men's compound, with fellow Brits John Murray 23rd, and Alaisdair Hamilton 32nd. Inform Dani topped the order in the women's compound, with Pippa Britton fifth, and Sarah Beamish 12th.
Kay came out on top in qualifying for the ladies standing recurve, with Jemma Morris 11th. And in the ladies W2 recurve, Kate Murray qualified in 7th place.
Kenny Allen went through in second place in the men's standing recurve, indeed he led until right at the very end when he was pipped to top spot. Phil Bottomley was sixth, Murray Elliot 12th.
In the men's W2 recurve, Paul Browne went through in eighth place, while in W1 men's compound, John Cavanagh qualified in second.
Mel Clarke and Eric Thomas, who are competing as individuals after missing out on qualification for the GB team, qualified in 3rd and 10th respectively in their events.
