Newcastle Sport For All Group

History of Group

The Newcastle Sport for All Group was formed in October 2010 following a consultation with the Local Authority Sport Development Team and County Sport Partnership. There had previously been a Sports and Culture for All, however this had lost focus. The decision was made that there was a need to reinvent the group and to focus on local sporting issues. The group brings together clubs, coaches, and people interested in the development of disability sport within the area.
