Some of the disabilities that participate in this sport are:

 

  • Amputees
  • Dwarf
  • Hearing Impairment
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Spinal Cord Injury
  • Spina bifida
  • Full use of their upper limbs
  • A disability affecting all four limbs
  • Limited mobility in their lower limbs
  • Visual Impairment

 

Snooker and pool can be played by a variety of disabilities and can be played standing or seated in a wheelchair.

 

There is no real structure except  for the British Wheelchair Pool Players Association or events organised at multi sport events and clubs.
