Sports & Activities

Disability Sport medium

There are a large number of sports that offer accessibility for a range of disabilities. Some can cater for a wide range of impairments where as others are very specific. This section gives examples of different sports and some of the disabilities that can participate in the activity, however this list is not exhaustive and it is always worth exploring further if you really want to give a particular sport a try.

There is an explanation about each sport and links to the National Governing Bodies. You can search for a list of clubs around the County that offer inclusive provison  in our Disability Club Database. You can also receive this information in printed copy.
