


There are various types of support available to individuals and clubs. These can range from money through to equipment and physical support.
Trying to find support can sometimes be a scary process and knowing where to start can be an issue. Below are some funding streams that are available. This list is by no means exhaustive and it is still advisable to conduct your own research to find other organisations providing support.

| Purpose | Get Kids Going! is a National charity which gives disabled children and young people - up to the age of 26 yrs - the wonderful opportunity of participating in sport. We help promote sports for disabled children by providing them with specially built sports' wheelchairs so they can do marathons, triathlons, tennis, athletics, mountain skiing, rugby, basketball etc. Get Kids Going! also helps and encourages British disabled children to compete by supporting them with their sports; training, physiotherapy, travel, design and development of sports' wheelchairs. Since its launch, the Charity has helped hundreds of sporting youngsters reach their potential by providing sports equipment such as wheelchairs, javelins and gymnastic equipment. | Purpose | Live UnLtd is a youth initiastive co-ordinated by UnLtd, a support organisation. Live UnLtd provides young people aged 11-21 with exciting opportunities to develop an idea which could change their community for the better.
