History of Group

The group was formed at the end of 2009 to bring together the organisations that were successful in being selected to provide Short Break Activities for Aiming High. The group have looked at ways in which services can be maximised to enable services to be taken up by the largest amount of disabled children. The group has also focused on how services could still be delivered in the face of changes to funding.

The group are now looking at ways to develop the group to include representatives from all of the Disability Sport Forums from around the County. However consideration needs to be made as the current group also focuses on Arts and Culture.
