Over 35’s Football Festival @ Longton Rugby Club Trentham Fields, Sir Stanley Matthews Way, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 8GR

Are you over 35 and still keen to play in an enjoyable and affiliated league?
Do you want to reacquaint yourself with old friends …. and foes?
Games will be played in a 9 v 9 format on a 3G synthetic surface.
Why not get your old teammates together and think about expressing an interest in an Over 35’s Festival?
The festival will involve a number of fixtures as well as the chance to catch up with old friends in the bar at Longton Rugby Club.
If the event is a success we will be looking to develop regular fixtures for you and your team.

Disability Football in Staffordshire
Staffordshire Ability Counts League
The Staffordshire Football Association is pleased to announce the continuation of the Staffordshire Ability Counts League for the 2010/2011 football season. The league will be open to Under 12’s, Under 16’s and Adult teams of both genders in the County.
Staffordshire FA are actively trying to recruit new teams, players and volunteers to join the league and would welcome any new input from either new or existing members.
The format for the league will be 7v7 with all matches being played on a Sunday, once a month and will be held at a central venue in the County. The league will commence in September 2010.
The league, which was launched in September 2008 will provide the opportunity for all players with a disability / impairment in the County to join together and will provide additional games and competition.
Any interested teams, players or volunteers wishing to participate in the league are requested to contact the Staffordshire FA.
