Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent 2012 Conference

 

The second Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent 2012 Conference will take place on Thursday 26 February 2009 at the Britannia Stadium in Stoke-on-Trent followed by the Staffordshire Cultural Conference. 

The event will offer a national and regional perspective on the approach to the opportunities available from the London 2012 Games and will also provide the platform for the launch of the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent 2012 Legacy Action Plan.  The Plan, which has recently completed its consultation phase, highlights how our county can play its part in making the London 2012 Olympic Games a resounding success.

 

The conference will conclude with a series of discussions focusing on local case studies including marketing in the context of the Cultural Olympiad, business intelligence, young people, support for sports clubs and health.
