Sub-Regional Workforce Research Receives Strong Response in Staffordshire

Work on the Partnership Workforce Strategy is now progressing quickly with the initial workforce survey now complete. The survey has had a strong response from across the key sectors in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent including input from education, voluntary and local authority Partners. The results of the workforce survey will be analysed and presented to all CSP workforce leads on the 6th March by IFF Research. Once SASSOT has this information it will be cascaded to all those who completed the survey and all Partner organisations.

The CSP will be producing a report on the findings of the workforce survey that will outline the key findings and identify headline actions for the workforce plan. This report will form the first draft of the Partnerships workforce plan and will be distributed for consultation once complete in early April. It is anticipated further more detailed Training Needs Analysis work will need to be undertaken with each sector to ensure that the future completed Workforce Plan will be comprehensive and reflective of the needs of sport in Staffordshire.
