Girls' Rugby West Midlands County Tournament - Winners

On Sunday 2nd December 2007, the U15 and U18's played in the West Midlands County Tournament at Old Leams RUFC. The U18s played some exceptional rugby but there was no team that could beat the Worcestershire U18s team that won the title; they have been champions for the last 3 years.

But we were crowned champions of the U15 group as we managed to beat Worcestershire and Warwickshire to take the title. The game against Worcestershire was awesome and the girls played some great rugby to beat them 10 – 0.

The girls' rugby players were from, Burton, Essington, Stafford and Lichfield rugby clubs.
