Stars Squad in Stoke-on-Trent

 

 

The Stars programme is a Youth Sport Trust initiative that was started in the North Stoke School Sport Partnership in 2009 and in the South Stoke School Sport Partnership in 2010.

 

 

There are currently 53 athletes in the City of Stoke-on-Trent who are in the squad. Being part of Stars Squad provides the athletes with opportunities to explore elite performances.To be part of the squad an athlete must be competing at a national standard and train or compete up to 15 hours a week.
