Girls' Rugby success and funding opportunities |
England are Grand Slam Champions! Lichfield and Staffordshire’s Sarah Hunter won her first Grand Slam medal after the 17 – 7 win over Ireland on 15th March at London Irish.
England U20s recorded their 2nd win over Wales winning 43 – 0. Lichfield and Staffordshire’s Emily Scarrat and Vicki Fleetwood were both involved with Scarrat scoring a try and 4 conversions
Lichfield Ladies have had their best ever finish in the Premiership League by finishing 4th. They will now play off for the Premiership Cup with a semi-final away against Saracens in April.
