Trentham Regatta seeks sponsor

 

Trentham Boat Club would like to invite you to the Trentham Regatta being held on the Sunday 5th June from 9.30 am at Trentham Gardens and are looking for sponsors for the event.

 

Over the past two years we have had many supporters including Trentham High School, St Joseph’s College, Trentham Estate, Maragoni, Turner Peachy, Galleria, Hanford Test Centre, Lymestone Brewery and many, many more.  It is becoming quite a prestigious affair, with clubs from all over the country attending.

 

With the support of local businesses and schools we can continue to make this an annual event for everybody’s enjoyment and would be delighted to involve your organisation as a sponsor.

 

In return we offer:-  

• VIP tickets to the hospitality tent with complimentary food and wine served throughout the day; 
• An appearance in our full colour programme;
• Acknowledgement of your sponsorship announced during the race.

£50	-	Acknowledgement in the programme
£100	-	Half page advert in the programme plus 2 VIP tickets
£200	-	Full page advert in the programme plus 4 VIP tickets and race sponsorship
£500	-	Main sponsor (only available to one sponsor, so this package is based on a first come first served basis).  Logo on the front cover of the programme, full page advert and up to 10 VIP tickets and sponsor of the Victor Lodurum Cup which is presented to the Junior team club who has won the most races on the day

 

Your help in supporting a very young, but professional club will be valued for years to come and we hope that many of you will be enticed into learning to row in the future.

 

Payment is required on confirmation of your sponsorship, prior to the regatta taking place. The closing date for sponsorship confirmation is the 28th April and artwork should be submitted by the 6th May.
