Free 'Supporting Volunteers' workshops

 

 

A programme of activity and resources has been developed to promote and support good practice in volunteer management across Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.

 

 

 

The next free workshop scheduled is Supporting Volunteers which will cover: 

• Induction/supervision of volunteers
• Motivating volunteers
• Reward & recognition of volunteers
• Dealing with difficult situations
