Pilot sports clubs for Generic Clubmark

 

Sport Across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (SASSOT) are currently looking for sports clubs to work towards achieving the Generic Clubmark.

 

SASSOT are also in the process of developing a club accreditation award for sports clubs throughout the county that are not eligible to apply for Clubmark or the Generic Clubmark and it's COMPETITION TIME to name the accreditation award.....

Stafford Borough Council Sports Development will be running a girls' rugby coaching course, and are looking for interested girls to sign up.  Aimed at 15 to 18 year olds, the course started on Wednesday 15th October at 7pm, and will run for 10 weeks....

The Walking for Health in Stafford Borough Initiative was set up in 2002 with funding from the national Walking the Way to Health Initiative.  It aims to improve the health of our Borough by encourage people to walk more. The Sustainable and Healthy Communities Team at Stafford Borough Council has now had a successful application for funding from the Locality Health Board to set up a new pilot Cycling for Health project, along the lines of the successful Walking for Health programme....
