High 5 Netball

High 5 Netball is the official five-a-side game from England Netball. The game is designed for girls and boys in years 5 and 6 (ages 9-11). High 5 provides the link between first step netball and the full 7 a side rules.

 

 Some High 5 Facts

• The players experience all positions on the court and official roles such as Time Keeper, Scorer and Centre Pass Marker as they rotate every quarter.

 

• The height of the netball post is 9ft.
• The ball size is 4.

Staffordshire County High 5 Netball Festival

Every year Staffordshire County Netball Association organise a High five netball festival which includes the top two primary schools in each local authority to compete in a high five netball tournament to decide the county's champions! The festival has been running for the past 9 years, this years winner's St Margaret's CE Junior School are pictured below. The Fair Play Award was achieved by Dosthill Primary School:
